Mission Burrito. Ready in 2h 50min. This version of nasi goreng is popular in eastern parts of Indonesia, and its name means simply red fried rice from Makassar. The bright red color is achieved by seasoning the rice with tomato sauce, and unlike other nasi goreng varieties, this one omits terasi paste and kecap manis.

Whisk the eggs in a small bowl. Add 1/2 teaspoon of the sambal oelek, 1/4 teaspoon of the coriander, and 1/4 teaspoon of the cumin. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Whisk up the egg with a little water and fry to make a very thin omelette. Once cooked, put to one side. When the rice is cooked, drain. Put a tsp of the oil back into the wok and fry the paste for a minute with the garlic (remember you're only using half of the paste). Add the rice / vegetable mix and 2 tsp soy sauce.

Retrieve the chilled rice from the fridge, and lightly spray it with low-calorie spray. Separate any large clumps of rice in the bowl. Add the chilled rice into the pan with the beef mixture and Fry until everything is well combined and coated in the sauce. Finally, stir in the spring onions.
